BROCOLLI & PROTEIN CHEESE PASTA

Why not try making this delicious, nutrient rich pasta dish using flaxseed pasta and protein cheese from our Expert Panel Nutritionist Melanie Rodriguez-Gonzalez.

Serve: 2 people.  Time: 15 – 20 minutes

Level: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flax seed pasta by Nomad Health from our April Wellthos box
  • 2 cups of brocolli sprouts
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Olive & coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cheese protein from Eatlean featured in our April Wellthos box

Instructions:

1. Cook the flax seed pasta following the instructions on the packet; if you like your pasta al dente, make sure you check it after 5 minutes.
2. Steam the brócoli and set aside
3. In a frying pan, sauté the garlic with broccoli then add the pasta when it’s ready
4. Serve hot, topped with the protein cheese
