Two years ago I decided to make a career of my passion and gained a nutrition diploma. I then went on to become a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer and set up my own business Tempo Personal Training. I love helping my clients to reach their goals and support them as they make healthy changes and gain confidence in all aspects of their lives.
I strive to be the best personal trainer I can be and take my health and training seriously in order for me to be the best coach for my clients and am learning more about my profession day by day. I think the importance of having a goal to work towards is a great focus to have and with this in mind I’m currently training for a half ironman distance triathlon.
